DTI Strategic Framework for Hydrogen
Building upon an earlier scoping study, E4tech and partners Element energy and Eoin Lees Energy identified how the UK should engage in hydrogen energy activities for maximum benefit to 2030, and prepared a framework for action. A Ministerial announcement in June 2005 launched a new programme based closely on our recommendations.
