Hydrogen trains on track for UK

The news on hydrogen for heavy duty vehicles and now trains seems to be running to a regular schedule. Almost every day news emerges of government appetite for electrification by means other than overhead wires, or of train builders planning new products. Train builder Alstom’s name recently joined the list of companies planning activities in the UK.

A very timely event (click here for details) is being held in Edinburgh on 22 May to bring together the hydrogen and rail communities. E4tech is lead sponsor of the event, organised by European Policy Solutions, and Adam Chase (E4tech Director) will be speaking.
