In 2021, E4tech worked with Frazer Nash to deliver a project for the Western Isles Council (Comhairle nan Eilean Siar), assessing the feasibility of a green hydrogen hub for the Outer Hebrides. We are excited to hear that the council has been awarded pathfinder funding, as part of a £1 million Green Growth Accelerator Programme (GGA), to develop a business case for the hub. E4tech undertook an economic impact assessment which showed the significant benefits that the hub could bring to the Western Isles economy.
