Assessment of UK cold needs and sources

June 2015

lient: British technology developer Our client was interested in the potential for meeting 'cold' needs (e.g. refrigeration, air conditioning, cryogenic gas production) more efficiently through integration with 'wasted' cold resources (e.g. LNG terminals, cryogenic gases, gas let-down stations), and the role their novel technology could play in facilitating this.

We performed a bottom-up assessment of the UK 'cold demand' as well as an assessment of the wasted 'cold resource' which could be exploited.
